What is Claude Motion?
Claude Motion is an Anthropic feature that turns reports, charts or product walkthroughs into short animations. It launched in beta on October 8, 2026, on Claude Team and Enterprise plans.
Claude writes each animation as code, with no video generation model involved. Because the animation is code, you can change any word, number or timing, then export the result as an MP4.
It is the same principle Claude Video was built on: let Claude direct, and let deterministic code produce the frames, so text stays crisp and edits are exact.
