You can cancel your subscription at any time from Dashboard → Billing. You keep access until the end of the current billing period.
14-day satisfaction guarantee
If Claude Video is not right for you, contact hello@claudevideo.io within 14 days of your first payment and we will refund it, provided the account has not been used abusively.
Renewals
Renewal payments are generally non-refundable, but reach out if something went wrong, we will make it right.
Merchant of record
When you pay through Dodo Payments, Dodo acts as merchant of record and refunds are issued through them to your original payment method.
