Billing questions
What counts as a video export?
One export is one final render of a video to MP4. Previews in the editor, storyboard generations and re-edits are not counted as exports. Your export quota resets on the first day of each month.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time from the billing page. Upgrades apply immediately; the payment provider prorates the difference automatically.
Which payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards, plus local payment methods depending on your country. Checkout is handled by our payment partners (Stripe and/or Dodo Payments), and we never store your card details.
Do you offer refunds?
If something went wrong, contact support within 14 days of your first payment and we will make it right. See our refund policy for details.
