What we collect
Account data (email, name, hashed password or Google identity), billing identifiers from our payment partners (never full card numbers), content you create or upload, and technical logs (IP address, user agent) for security.
How we use it
To provide and improve the Service, render your videos, process payments, prevent abuse, and send transactional emails. We do not sell your personal data.
AI processing
Briefs and website content you submit may be sent to our AI providers to generate storyboards. They process data on our behalf under their API terms.
Sub-processors
Hosting, email delivery, payment processing (Stripe, Dodo Payments) and AI model providers.
Retention
We keep your data while your account is active. Delete your account and we delete your videos and personal data within 30 days, except where retention is legally required (e.g. invoices).
Your rights
You can access, export, correct or delete your data at any time. Contact hello@claudevideo.io. If you are in the EEA/UK you may also lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.
Cookies
We use a strictly necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. Optional analytics, if enabled, are privacy-friendly and do not track you across sites.
Security
Passwords are hashed with scrypt, secrets are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM, and all traffic is encrypted in transit.
