Terms of Service

1. The service
Claude Video ("we", "us") provides a web platform, API and MCP server that generate, edit and render motion-design videos ("Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and are responsible for activity under your account and API keys. You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the content you provide (briefs, logos, screenshots, recordings, audio) and to the videos you export. You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. You confirm you have the rights to the content you upload and to the websites you ask us to capture.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to create unlawful, infringing, deceptive or harmful content, to impersonate others, to misrepresent affiliation with any company, or to attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or overload the Service.
5. Plans, billing and cancellation
Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Payments are processed by our payment partners (Stripe and/or Dodo Payments, which may act as merchant of record). You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Quotas reset monthly and do not roll over.
6. Licenses for exported videos
Videos exported on a paid plan may be used for commercial purposes. Free-plan exports include a watermark that must not be removed. Generated music is provided for use within your exported videos.
7. AI output
Storyboards and copy are generated with the help of AI models and may contain mistakes. Review your videos before publishing; you are responsible for the claims made in them.
8. Availability and changes
We aim for high availability but provide the Service "as is". We may change or discontinue features with reasonable notice for material changes.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
10. Trademarks
Claude Video is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic PBC. “Claude” is a trademark of Anthropic PBC.
